As the highest peak on the island of Java, Mahameru or the peak of Mount Semeru is one of the points required for the climbers. Travel weight with difficult terrain will not be worth the time to reach the peak of satisfaction.

    This trip is one adventure that will not be forgotten. We passed Ranu Kumbolo, Kalimati, and Arcopodo in an effort to conquer the highest peak on the island of Java, namely Mahameru, the summit of Mount Semeru.

    The climb starts from the village of Overlapping, Malang, East Java. By using the jeep, we were heading towards the village of Ranu Pane to report on the slopes of Mount Semeru. Subsequently, steps were climbing towards Ranu Kumbolo we started.

    After arriving at the lake Ranu Kumbolo very famous for its beauty, the journey we continue towards Kalimati. This is the last camp before the summit ground attack towards the highest peak.
